Open Access Policy

Indique Law Journal (ISSN: 2582-8126) is an open access journal providing immediate access to its content freely without any charge on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.

The journal encourages authors to make their research data openly available via an appropriate repository to aid replication and/or use of research material.
